Criteria for hosting out of Province Elite Athletes
on a Club card for Alberta’s Elite Athletes
Applicants who do not abide to the rules listed below or in anyway misrepresent any information, may constitute review by the Directors of Boxing Alberta resulting in cancellation of their future involvement and participation in this program.

The Director of Competitions must be notified by fax that the club is hosting out of Province Elite Boxers on their club card. |

The list of Alberta’s Elite Boxers and their visiting opponents must be sent to the Provincial Coaching Administrator for approval prior to the competition. The current list of Alberta Elite Boxers is available on the Boxing Alberta website and by contacting the Provincial Coaching Administrator. |
| 3 | The Chief Official or his designate must sign the application. |
| 4 | The original receipts must be attached to the application. |

A copy of the program without any changes must be attached to the application. |
| 6 | Five or more elite athletes on the show and Boxing Alberta will pay for 50% of ring rental and the official’s expenses. If the club has their own ring they are required to use it. |

Eight or more elite athletes on the show and Boxing Alberta will pay for 100% of ring rental, the official’s expenses and supply the doctor. A maximum of $300.00 will be paid towards the doctor’s fee; any thing over this amount will be the responsibility of the host club. |

The scheduled out of Province elite athletes must cross the scale and be prepared to box. Injury or other circumstances to their Alberta opponent will be taken into consideration when all other conditions are met. |
| 9 | The amount of reimbursement will be mailed to the club or put on your account as per their request on the application. |
| 10 |
The application for reimbursement is to be completed and sent to the Program Administrator within 30 days of the event. |
