Hosting A Tournament or Club Card

1. The host club will be responsible for sanction fees to be paid to the Director of Competition.
2. The host club to provide a recorder to do the recording sheets and boxer passports and must submit the recorder sheets to the Director of Officials within 14 days.
3. The host club is responsible for the doctor at ringside and weigh-ins.
4. The host club is responsible for providing a balance beam or computer scales.
5. The host club will be responsible for all category trophies and the keeper trophy for Bronze Boxer, Silver Boxer, Golden Boxer and the Best Boxer at the Provincial Tournament.
6. The Association will provide medallions at all major provincial tournaments.
7. The host club will be responsible for providing dressing rooms for competitors.
8. The host club will be responsible for providing a separate dressing room for the officials.
9. The host club will be responsible for providing an official for the accreditation of competitors.
10. The host club will provide sufficient pre-bout medical forms.
11. The host club should consider providing free coffee to officials.
12. The host club to provide regulation boxing ring and all amenities.
13. The host club to provide a timing clock, a bell and an official for timekeeping.
