3 Alberta Boxers complete in Brazil
Erin Woodrow, Susan Haas and Kandi Wyatt represented Canada at a Multi-Nations Boxing Tournament in Brazil. Erin and Susan both lost the first matches by very slim margins and Kandi over whelmed her first opponent and against her second boxer came from behind to win the GOLD Medal. Boxing Alberta is very proud of you all.
Upgrading Boxers
Upgrading Junior B boxers to Junior C must be in writing to the Alberta Boxing Office prior to December 14th, 2010, so paperwork can be submitted to Boxing Canada. All other categories must be submitted to the Boxing Alberta Board of Directors to be ratified at our next board meeting. All boxers entering the Alberta Provincials must declare their intention to be upgraded before the initial weigh-ins on the first day.
